7. Payments & instant allotment
Fees are displayed before checkout and are payable in advance via Razorpay, UPI or direct bank transfer. Access to a program or consultation is granted instantly once payment is confirmed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or your bank.
8. Refund policy
Due to the instant, digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on appointments, consultations or programs, except in the limited circumstances set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Intellectual property
All content, videos, kriya sequences and materials are owned by Keliye. You may not copy, resell, record or redistribute them without written permission.
